Holiday Highlight: High-Elevation Repairs at PSC

We continue to bring innovative construction solutions to the Triangle with our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

This month, our team has been hard at work completing the PSC’s Window Glass Replacement project—an exterior envelope restoration effort performed under uniquely challenging conditions. Situated on the 10th floor of an active detention facility, this work zone offered no direct exterior access, requiring repairs and glass replacement to be performed exclusively from a swing stage suspended along the building’s face.

Working at elevation with limited staging required precision planning, disciplined safety protocols, and careful sequencing for success.

Despite the many challenges, our crew delivered solutions that effectively restored the security glass while supporting our client’s long-term maintenance goals.
