Customer Service

McClure and Associates believes in exceeding industry standards in the construction and finish work on each project. Prior to completion, we conduct a thorough walkthrough, finishing or correcting items prior to closing if possible. Our goal is to handle any remaining items within two weeks. Clients should contact us immediately if there is an emergency situation they need our assistance with.

Eleven months after closing our clients are contacted regarding any items arising after the completion of the initial list. Our warranty staff at that point will schedule an appointment to correct those items.

Lesle McClure

One of the Triangles' few women builders, Lesle has been involved in construction since her college days. A second generation builder, Lesle joined her fathers' company after graduation. Having studied Construction Technology, Environmental Design, and Fine Arts, Lesle brings a diversity of knowledge to every building situation. Because of this diversity, she can assist clients with making exciting choices throughout each project.

Lesle has three grown children, and recognizes the changing needs of families at different stages in life. She builds flexibility into each home, and incorporates unique features for each family. Lesle is a project driven individual, and she brings a passion for perfection to each project. The diversity and challenges evident in the projects she has chosen over the years attests to her ability to adapt ideas and to incorporate them in new ways in each project.

As owner and officer of McClure and Associates since 1986, Lesle is an active and respected member of the Triangle building community.
